FN+Arrow Keys no longer change aura brightness of the keyboard_ Brand New Asus TUF A15 FA506QM

Model: Asus TUF A15 FA506QM (R7 5800H + RTX 3060 + 16gb 3200mhz)
Frequency of occurrence: Always happening, since a few days ago
Reset OS: Not yet

Detailed description：Every Hotkey works perfectly, including the FN+RIGHT/LEFT hotkey to change the aura mode, but the FN+UP/DOWN stopped working a few days, I haven't done anything in particular to cause this problem, the pc is brand new, i got it 10 days ago, it is pretty much stock.
Help please.
Also, when I run diagnostics on MyAsus app, it doesn't let me see the result for some reason.

1.When and how did you update BIOS 312?
BIOS 312 was released in July and you installed it by EZ flash or BIOS installer under Windows or through Windows update
2.Please share a screenshot of BIOS or MyASUS that you found the SN has been changed.
And I have sent you PM to ask for your correct SN, please help to check it.

Hi there! @Blake_ASUS@Falcon_ASUS I have the same problem as everyone, every single fn key work, except from the fn arrow up/down to change the aura brightness of the keyboard. 2021 ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506QM
My bios 307 SN also changed to :12345678901234567
Oh and a new one too, when I put my laptop to sleep, either by closing the lid or through start menu, the LED indicator just stays on instead of "pulsing" on and off like it used to, the hard drive LED indicator keeps blinking as well.
Is it possible to get a fix for those issues?
