Also, when I run diagnostics on MyAsus app, it doesn't let me see the result for some reason.

Hello everyone, can you acess the bios ver304 file?

"FA506QM/FA506QMAS304.zip"

https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/GamingNB/FA506QM/FA506QMAS304.zip

It says "Not found 404", help please :))

You are right, apparently they have removed the BIOS section from the Support downloads for both FA506QM and QR. There is only utilities now. PD Firmware Hotfix V005 for the QR still shows in the list tho.
It looks like Asus screwed up badly with the BIOS updates and thus decided to remove them altogether. Let's hope we get a fix soon 😕
edit: I found that at least they kept BIOS v406 for the FA506QR apparently, but it's hidden:
/pub/ASUS/GamingNB/FA506QR/FA506QRAS406.zip
The others are missing from both the support page and URLs.

You may use easy flash to downgrade BIOS.

Thank you.

Please see above, Blake. We'd like a little bit of transparency at this point, please. And access to previous BIOS versions if possible. Thanks.

Please try below link

If possible, I'd like to have the factory BIOS/firmware files that came with the computer. Maybe rolling back to those the issue would be fixed.
Thanks and best regards.

Hello Diskun,
So far we have discovered that this issue came by updating BIOS through Windows update, while updating BIOS by the file from our website is actually fine.
and the this issue can not be solved by downgrading BIOS or going back to the initial version.
We are working on the solution and also pushing for the solution that we can fix it without asking you to send the laptop to our service center.
Please kindly give us some time. Really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you.
