Dash F15 not working with HP Reverb G2 (vertical bars)

Detailed description:
Used a thunderbolt to displayport in the Dash F15 thunderbolt port to connect to the Reverb G2. Windows mixed reality app finds the Reverb G2, the displays turn on but are showing vertical bars. Items in screen are tracking, but no color, mostly vertical bars. sometimes the right screen does work.
I'm only testing through the Windows mixed reality portal.
It almost seems like it isn't using/activating the Nvidia 3070 card, since the graphics usage stays low and the dash doesn't get warm and the fans stay off.
The Reverb G2 works in my desktop computer with an ASUS 3080 TUF installed.

What is our next step here?
Was the notebook simply falsely advertised as Windows Mixed Reality and HTC Vive compatible?
I refuse to believe that since it has all the correct hardware and was listed as compatible in the description.
Is there a software upgrade that will fix this issue?
Can we get a higher level of technical assistance to confirm what is going on?

I am also a customer with this problem - i.e. Error code 1-4
Previously tried Oculus Rift S which didn't work and now have HP Reverb VR3000 G2 which has above error.

DGK, what Thunderport to displayport adapter are you using?
I had the 1-4 error with an adapter that wasn't compatible, or if I disabled the Intel GPU.
Below are the adapters that I have that does not give the 1-4 error:
Cable Matters USB C to DisplayPort Adapter (USB-C to DisplayPort Adapter, USB C to DP Adapter) Supporting 8K 60Hz Black - Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible with MacBook Pro, Dell XPS 13, 15 and More
Model 201016-BLK-N
and
Cable Matters USB C to DisplayPort Adapter with 8K HDR DisplayPort 1.4 - USB Type C and Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible with Oculus Rift S, MacBook Pro, Dell XPS, Surface Pro and More
Model 201086

I am also experiencing this issue and have tried everything in this thread and more. Left eye is black and white with vertical bars. Right eye is same but sometimes works. Right side only seems to work after disabling integrated GPU, at which point it disconnects and then re-enabling it. I've never had the left side work, even on this own.
I'm using a Reverb G2 Omnicept, which was working fine on other systems.
My machine is a TUF516P with a RTX 3060 which was purchased expressly to run this headset.
Would love to get to a resolution quickly.

Ok Asus, we are now up to 6 of your customers with this issue, what is the solution, or is there none?
Can we get an official word from someone?

Like I said before about this notebook:
Looking at the hardware specs, it checks all of the Microsoft boxes for Mixed Reality, then add the notebook description stating it works with Windows Mixed Reality really puts the expectation very high that it should work with the only consumer level Mixed Reality headset that Microsoft is selling when this notebook was released.
