BIOS loop

My ASUS K501UQ neverending loops in BIOS. I tried formatting HDD, reinstalling, copy EFI boot...Nothing! BIOS not see bootable USB, can see hdd, but not start from hdd. Not start from Hirens....

With everything dis-connected that can be dis-connected what happens?

You can try RUFUS and select options to boot from.  I would try both MBR and uEFI

We recommend checking whether the BIOS Boot Mode and Secure Boot settings are correct, and recreating the bootable USB drive to test again.
