BIOS 408 breaks display backlight + keyboard backlight changing trough FN keys

After 408 BIOS update the BIOS won't light up display. Content can be seen by lighting screen externally (very poorly). Solution was to disassembly laptop, disconnect internal display, connect external display trough HDMI and downgrade to 406 (tried reinstalling 408 with no success).
Next problem is also on 406 - can't change keyboard brightness trough FN keys (Armoury Crate works).

Update was installed by MyASUS app. Reinstallation with external monitor was performed by EZ flash.
