Asus Z87-WS Post Code = 00HE

Hello,

Getting a post code on Asus Z87 of 00 HE  .. This particular mother board has 2 sets Qcode2=00 QCode1=HE.

Any thoughts on what HE is?  Could not find any documnetation.
