Asus TUF F17 Loud Fan

Hello

I have an Asus TUF F17 with the 12th gen i7 and RTX 3060 running on Windows 11. I notice that the fan in this laptop is quite loud even in silent mode and unplugged. But what's weird is that, the fan will suddenly goes off randomly, then it turns off completely in a short time, even when I'm just surfing the internet, it would just go off. I want to ask whether if this is normal? Because I check on teh Armoury Crate app, saying my CPU runs at around 50-60 degrees only, but the fan would go off randomly.

Is this normal?
