Is this normal? When using Google Chrome, screen will hang, lag or blue screen. When using Internet Explorer, screen will flick frequently.

This will happen sometimes, mostly after open Youtube video. and the rectangle not just cover google chrome, it cover half of the screen. i download this https://vfxdownload.net/videohive-trapcode-fire-v2-3-20732709/ , but it no problem before i open youtube video below the page.

i watched , video is clealy displaying . no problems on chrome and on edge

May I know your BIOS and display driver version, are they updated?
When did this issue start to happen? from the beginning or after specific modification or update?
This issue occurs on battery mode or when connected to AC adapter? or both?
If you have the blue screen error message, please kindly share.
