I downloaded the app more than one time, but it is all in vain when I open the app, he shows me that he downloads (Armour crate) but the download never ends I waited approximately 1 hour and half but, in the end, he just shows me that he downloads the app bur I think he doesn't download anything.

May I know the exact model of the laptop you are using?
Have you tried testing with a different network connection?
If you restart your laptop, does the situation improve?
