any updates for delivering items to Australia?

Hi all, seeking updates here for my purchased order. haven't receive items since 16/Dec/2024. It's been nearly two months and I can see more and more reviews about not having items delivered. 

even for the refund, no updates as well. vey concerning and just wanted to have some updates when it will be coming.

Even heard that they stopped supplying Australia? HELP PLEASE

According to my understanding, the local service team offered you the option of a refund, but they received a response from you declining the offer and indicating that you prefer to continue waiting for the product. Yes, they did offer me a refund, but since the refund will come from Wireless1, there’s no estimated time for when it will be processed. Also, I saw a review from someone who is asking for a refund but had to pay extra for an item they didn’t even receive. I can’t take the risk of waiting nearly two months for my item, only to then face another indefinite wait for my money to be refunded.

And for the local team, she said she will send me an email after the call, but no email is received until today. Hopefully the team can have a better communication and cooperation for customers.
