ZenWiFi XT8 (2-in-1 Mesh Access Point Set) SN?

Hi,

I have purchased a ASUS Ai Mesh AX-WLAN System ZenWiFi XT8 (2-in-1 Mesh Access Point Set, AX6600 WiFi 6) pack that i'm unable to register on ASUS site. I i tried using the S/N found in each AP but the ASUS site replies 
"Serial number incorrect!" even though it recognizes the device.

Unfortunately i have dropped the package that contains the set.

Is there any way to find the correct SN of the set

based on your issue, may I ask whether you cannot find the ZenWiFi XT8 product serial number?

Have you check the label on the product?

thanks for your reply.

attached you will find a picture that i used to register one of the two devices.

I tried this one and i get the error message "Serial number incorrect!"

I have keep the screenshots showing the error, in case you want to check it further.
