RT-BE92u keep on reboot and cannot login to set the router

i brought the RT-BE92u router, after setup and use for one day. The router keep on restarting. and i try to use the WPS factory reset, the router still keep restart so i cannot access the router to see whats going on
Any suggestion how to solve this issue. I search from internet that a lot of forum talk about this model have restart problem. I use a number of ASUS router before, this is the first time i a facing this serious problem.

Regarding the reboot issue you are experiencing with your router, to accurately assess the situation and provide assistance, please help us confirm the following information:

  1. Have you confirmed that your router's firmware is updated to the latest version?

Are your devices currently connected to the router via a wired or wireless connection? If you change the connection method, does the issue still occur?

If the problem persists, we kindly request that you submit the relevant logs through the system's built-in feedback function at the moment the issue occurs. This will allow our technical team to conduct an in-depth analysis.

Please follow the steps below to report the issue, and we will assist you:

  1. Connect your device (PC, laptop, etc.) to the router, then open the Web management interface (http://router.asus.com/) and log in to your router.
  2. Click on "System Administration" and select "Problem Report."
  3. Fill in your region, email address (required), ASUS service/case number, issue type, and a description of the issue.
  4. Please read and agree to the privacy policy and relevant service terms.
  5. Click "Send" to submit your form.

Additionally, please send us the following information via private message: product serial number, the time the problem report was submitted, the email used for the problem report, the time the issue occurred, the MAC address of your device, and a network architecture diagram of your current environment.

If your network is down, the UI page will generate a link for downloading offline data. Please click the link to download the data, compress it into a ZIP file, and provide a cloud link for us to analyze.
