My AXE7800 was bought 18 months ago. It worked fine for the first few months. After that the 6GHz signal disappeared and I assumed that it was the problem of my only 6E device which is a Samsung S23 Plus because it was right after upgrading to Android 15 and some users encountered similar problems. When Android 15 came to S23 Plus a few weeks ago, most S23 Plus users said that the problem has gone, and the cell phone can connect with Wifi 6E but mine still cannot. I factory reset my AXE7800 and the 6E signal appeared again and I could connect my S23 Plus to the router. However, the 6E signal disappears again after I rebooted the router and never come back again. Is this a problem that only happens to me? Any similar issues out there? I don't want to keep factory resetting it for the 6GHz signal.

Thanks for your advice. I'll try following your instructions when no one is using the internet. By the way, is it possible just updating the firmware with an older one instead of going into the recovery route?

You can only use the ASUS recovery software to install the older firmware.
