After each reboot settings are cleared to factory defaults fw 3.0.0.4.386.68691 did not have this issue

the official has released a latest Firmware version 3.0.0.4.386_69021 on 8/21
Please try update to the latest version, then confirm whether the issue still occur.

May I ask when did the issue occur?

Hi it started when i updated to 3.0.0.4.386_69019 yes i have that fw 3.0.0.4.386_69020 ver installed
