Pertaining to the above, I wonder if it is possible to network 2 units of apartments within the same block thru the centralised coaxial connection?
Fyi, I owned 1 unit at the 20th floor and another on the 22nd floor. Building Management does not allow any cabling outside of our respective unit 😟
Can't seems to find any information on my queries. Hopefully admin can help to clarify 🤞

Hi @smchay ,
based on your issue, with MoCA, it provide two ways to install the adapter.
You can refer to the following product specification.
MA-25|Wired Networking|ASUS Global
Thank you.

Hi @smchay ,
Yes, it is possible to network two units of apartments within the same block through a centralized coaxial connection, but it would require some considerations and planning.
You would need a MoCA adapter in each of your units. One MoCA adapter would be connected to your router or modem in one unit, and another MoCA adapter would be connected to a network switch or another router in the other unit. This would allow you to create a wired network connection between the two units using the building's coaxial cables.
If you prefer a wireless connection between the two units, you can use a Wi-Fi bridge. A Wi-Fi bridge connects to your existing Wi-Fi network in one unit and then extends the network to the other unit. This would provide wireless connectivity between the two units without the need for additional cabling.
Thank you.
