Hello,
I use routers RT-AC68U, RT-AC86U and RT-AC86U pro. I manage these routers both using the web interface and the app. On the phone app I can see the offline devices, devices that connected to the router and have their mac addresses registered. You can also see the offline devices that are blocked from accessing internet (see the image attached).
On the routers web interface, where can I see these off line devices?
I use up to date Merlin firmware on all routers. I also tested the Asus firmware. The app is up to date.
Thanks for your help

I would like to know this as well. I've looked in all the usual places in the WebGUI but can't seem to find Offline Devices anywhere (other than the Android App).

Hi @grille12 @JohnRichard ,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Regarding the offline device display issue you mentioned, we have confirmed that offline devices can currently only be viewed in the mobile application (App), and the web management interface does not display them, which is normal.
If you need to view offline devices, please use the mobile application.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Hi @Aureliannn_ASUS , thanks for your response.
Would it make sense to have the web interface aligned with the app ?
Could the offline device display be an addition for the next version of the web management interface?
Thanks
