I heard back from Asus Tech Support Today:"Upon confirmation, the newer firmware versions for the latest models (version 3.0.0.6.102_35404 and beyond) have removed the N-only and Legacy mode settings due to design considerations."

As it turns out... I've posted this behavior in the SNB Forums and the good @Raven-au found that you can edit the Device Names from the View List Button without causing a reboot of the radios. However, you can't edit the Device Icons from that list....

Worth Noting: I'm able to rename 2-5 Client Devices before the problem occurs. It appears that the RADIOS Reboot, not the entire Router. My Client Devices all Disconnect during this period, then reconnect when the Radios come back online.
