Hello dear ASUS support,
I need your help. I have an Asus GT AC5300 ROUTER for many years, with DDNS: dobson7.asuscomm.com on IP address: 87.227.179.231. But now I changed my ISP to a new IP address: 84.43.222.221. I need to use my DDNS again: dobson7.asuscomm.com, but it is not possible to update the changed IP address. Please update it. I am attaching pictures. Thank you.

Hi @dobsondobrev ,
To better assist you with this issue, we recommend the following solutions:
- Confirm IP address type: Please confirm that the IP address provided by your ISP is a public IP address. You can contact your ISP to confirm this.
- Reset DDNS: We suggest you disable and then re-enable the DDNS function to ensure the settings are correct. Please refer to the following FAQ for detailed steps: [Wireless Router] DDNS introduction and set up | Official Support | ASUS Global
- Firmware update: Please ensure that your router's firmware is up to date. You can update it by logging into the router management interface.
- Factory reset: If the above methods do not solve the problem, we recommend that you reset the router to its factory settings and reconfigure the network.
Thank you.
