Dose any one know why the DDNS www.asus.com (asuscomm.com) service from route shows Inactive. Seems like the router cannot update the IP address.

I have the same problem, seems like an issue with asuscomm.com
Hopefully asus knows about this problem and are looking into how to fix it, if they have disabled their DDNS service then we should be notified so we can use another DDNS

https://issitedownrightnow.com/status/asuscomm.com

The isthesitedown doesn’t seem accurate as I clicked the link, noted it said server down highlighted in red, then turned off WiFi on my cellphone then opened the ASUS Router app.  The top showed my DDNS address and I was able to run a Network Diagnostic with all check marks/no problems.  Is this a temporary down time that is now resolved I hope?

I don’t think it is disabled I check on my network daily away from home.  Did both of you replace your primary router somewhat recently?  Maybe this can help:

At the very bottom is the link to instructions if you do not use the ASUS Router app.  It seems you’d need to “remove the registered DDNS host name from the old router”:

It started working after 12 today. I did not do anything. Have had same router and settings for more then 2 years.
