Bought GT6 but unable to connect betwene the pair

In rog gt6, the other router is not able ot connect to the main through AI mesh

Rest the button

brought the router to less than 1 meter etc

Have you contacted ASUS support?  It’s supposed to be easy (unless defective somehow).
