Hey all,
I have a Zen WiFi XT8 which I've had for a few years and overall happy with it. However, I am now on a 1.6GB service with EE and only pulling circa 500-600Mbps over WiFi.
Any idea why this is? It's frustrating as I'm counting on WiFi for the best speeds now as they are not achievable over Ethernet as the XT8 only has Gigabit LAN ports.
Any input muchos gracias.

I have seen one person use a USB to Ethernet adapter (ASUS USB-C2500) successfully to provide Multi-gig wired input from ONT/modem to an ASUS router. Curious I purchased one recently from Walmart.com which also includes a USB C to A adapter (attached via a tether). My USB ports are filled with one HDD and the other cell phone tether so I have not tried it yet.

I’m afraid I just realized this but please verify the client devices are capable of higher WiFi speeds? (I have an iPhone X, somewhat old, and I do not think I have ever speed test beyond 400/500 Mbps. We have 1 Gig cable modem so upload speed is terrible)…

iPhone 14 Pro Max, PS5, Xbox Series X, 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced....yep all fairly recent devices that are all WiFi6 compatible ....
