hi all,
Recently I have WhatsApp Voice and Video call issues with the latest firmware 3.0.0.4.386.48377 on my AC5300.
it will always be "Reconnecting" whenever I pick up my voice or video call. I tried googling and disabled NAT acceleration and it doesn't work. However, I tired using facebook messenger instead. Both voice and video call are working fine ( With NAT acceleration enabled). So end up, I went downgrade to an old firmware (3.0.0.4.384.82072). With the old firmware, WhatsApp Voice and Video call is working fine. Is there any advise as I wanted to use the latest firmware (patched vulnerability)? Enabled QoS? etc?

Hi @ronghuang88 ,
based on your issue, may I ask have you check if port forwarding for WhatsApp is enabled on your router?
It is suggest that you enable Qos on your router to see whether the issue still occur.
If the issue still remain, you can try operate the hard reset on the router.
