Asus Router BT10 - **WAN** VLAN Missing! Can't Connect to ISP via PPPoE

Stuza

Hey All,

This is for the WAN side, not LAN side QOS.

Just got a ZenWifi BT10 to move to Wifi 7. I've been using my existing XT12 perfectly well direct to the ISP with a PPPoE connection. The PPPoE connection requires a specific VLAN but, I that option is missing from the BT10.

Here's the kicker; on the BT10 I **sometimes** see the QOS box when making changes to the PPPoE but, it vanishes at almost the same time - like it thinks I don't need this option so it will hide it.

Any ideas, please?

edit: updated to latest firmware. 802.1Q isn't mentioned in the official manual and neither is VLAN.MIssing.jpgincluded.jpg

I believe the same function can be achieved using VLAN on the LAN settings?
