AiMesh WiFi Issue - Need Assistance

I have an ASUS ZenWiFi Pro ET12 (2pk) connected to my AiMesh WiFi. One unit is connected to my main router downstairs in the basement, and the other one is in my son’s room on the 2nd floor. Additionally, I have an old RT-AC5300 (2nd floor upstairs living room) as the 3rd AiMesh WiFi router, and it’s Ethernet connected to my Eufy Home Base 3. When I came home from work, the 3rd AiMesh WiFi was offline for some reason. What could be the problem? I really need your help with this one.

Thank you!

I've only seen wired nodes such as your RT-AC5300 drop out under two conditions:

Ethernet Backhaul Mode toggled ON.

and

Some kind of event causes the RT-AC5300 to lose Ethernet connection.

For some reason once the node drops connection and Ethernet Backhaul Mode is enabled, it is sometimes not able to reconnect, needs to be deleted as a node, hard reset, and added back, (a lot of work).  The good news is a lot of times the node can be left in place and added back through Ethernet...

I got this,,....

The ZenWiFi in the basement, what specifically is it connected to please?  Is that a modem?  Is your service DSL, Cable Modem, or Fiber?

The two second floor routers are connected via Ethernet, to the basement, or is there a network switch?
