AiMesh no router wirreless connection

Hi, I have a asus network in my and the devices are not connecting to the router, only to the node.

I have a RT-AX57 router in the first floor, 1 XD6S on the second floor and 1 XD6S on the third floor. The network is configured as a AiMesh network. Everything works fine with the XD6S  nodes, devices connect to it no problem. Since I still use devices on the bottom floor, the connection is bad. It won't connect to the router itself. It connects to the node on the second floor.

I've tried forcing a device to connect to the router through the phone app, but it wont connect to it. I've also done the Ai optimization but still doesn't make a difference.

So the issue is that the router is not sending a wirelles signal.

Everything is up to date with the router and nodes

I hope someone can help me.

To help us better assist you, we would like to further confirm the following:

  1. AiMesh setup: Have you correctly set up the AiMesh system according to the official steps? We recommend that you refer to the "Step 4: Setting up the AiMesh router" section in the following FAQ and check each setting carefully:

  2. Main router placement: Please place the main router in a more central location and keep the surrounding area as clear as possible to improve wireless signal coverage.
  3. Node placement: We recommend that you place all AiMesh nodes as close to the main router as possible to ensure signal stability.
  4. Remove node test: To rule out node failures, we recommend that you temporarily remove all nodes, leaving only the main router, and see if devices can connect smoothly. If so, add the nodes one by one to see if the problem reappears.
