TUF Gaming X670E-Plus Wifi latest BIOS will not allow the CSM and Windows UEFI Mode at the same time

I recently built a new system around an Asus TUF Gaming X670E-Plus Wifi and am having trouble installing Windows 11  Pro from the USB drive provided in the package from Microsoft.  After chatting with Microsoft and Asus support, we updated to the latest BIOS and narrowed the issue down to some BIOS settings.  A couple were easy to fix.  The ones I'm presently stuck on are Windows UEFI Mode in Secure Boot and the CSM.  Without the CSM, the Windows Setup USB drive will not detect as bootable.  With the CSM enabled and Windows UEFI Mode turned off, Windows 11 Setup errors out saying the system doesn't meet minimum requirements.  However, setting Windows UEFI Mode disables the CSM and blocks it from being enabled (although no error is reported, the change simply won't take).  Suggestions on how to get those both enabled or some other way to get the stick to boot would be greatly appreciated.  Cheers!

Solved.  It was the USB drive itself that was... finicky.  A USB drive created with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool was able to boot with all the Secure Boot options enabled and the CSM disabled.
