ThunderboltEX 4 NVM31 Downgrade Files

Just got a new Workstation with ThunderboltEX4 card.  Bought Thunderbolt 3 Cards for my apollos thinking they would be recognized, but that's not the case.   Looking for the Thunderbolt NVM31 Downgrade tool hoping that will work.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I already emailed to asus support that I need the ThunderboltEx4 NVM31 downgrade tool, but they didn't send it to me yet...

Can you send me the downgrade please?

I really need it for my UAD Apollo 8.
