ThunderboltEX 4 NVM31 Downgrade Files

Just got a new Workstation with ThunderboltEX4 card.  Bought Thunderbolt 3 Cards for my apollos thinking they would be recognized, but that's not the case.   Looking for the Thunderbolt NVM31 Downgrade tool hoping that will work.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem here, bought a Thunderbolt EX4 card with NVM version 36 installed, but i cannot use my Focusrite TB audio interface anymore. @Jiaszzz_ASUS can you please send me the downgrade tool for NVM 31? I own a Prime B550 plus board. Thank you.
