X670E Hero Thunderbolt NVM 31 Firmware

Need to downgrade my thunderbolt firmware to NVM 31 so I can connect my thunderbolt 2 audio interface to the motherboard, been trying to read a couple of .efi files with bios but none are compatible. I am on the latest bios as of now which is 2401. Any help will be greatly appreciated 🙂

As of no I've tried to downgrade my bios so that I may be able to use the downgrading but no luck yet. The bios rollback won't allow me to go any lower than version 2007 and my current thunderbolt firmware is NVM 38.0

I've also tried contacting asus support but they basically only linked me a guide on how to update the bios.
