Hello.
So i had problem with my new cpu, built new rig (i5 13600k; z790-a Wi-Fi ddr5; ddr5 32 gb) after i built it it worked for around 5 hours after that it crashed, unable to boot, even in bios. so i tried on ddr4 and it worked but after sometime same thing happened. it crashed and after every reboot crash error is different, i tried everything so i concluded that problem is cpu so i contacted intel and they asked me to change some bios settings but i was unable to find all of them so if someone can help me find them that would be great.

Hello @Gilbert1

Thank you for reaching out to us and sorry for the delayed respond.
Please download the BIOS manual from the support page of the corresponding motherboard model under Manual & Document to check the BIOS settings path and instructions, such as for the PRIME Z790-A WIFI BIOS manual.
Depending on the different motherboard models, BIOS versions, and detected hardware, the BIOS may have different setting features.
Could you please confirm whether the currently installed model is the PRIME Z790-A WIFI and if the BIOS version has been up to date?
Additionally, aside from referring to the user manual on the official support page to ensure that the hardware is installed correctly, we recommend checking for any BIOS update requirements and checking again to see if the boot instability persists after clearing CMOS.

Thank you.
