Pro WS W680-ACE IPMI and DDR5-6400

Hi all,

I'm in the process of building a WS with the Pro WS W680-ACE IPMI MB (and a i7 14. gen Intel CPU). I'm considering to use 64 GB of DDR5-6400 RAM; 2 x 32GB modules. Specifically this kit from G.Skill:

  • F5-6400J3239G32GX2-RS5K

I am familiar with the QVL list (link), where these modules are not listed. But are they compatible? Does anyone know?

Thanks in advance.

Hello @brisen

Thank you for reaching out to us.
ASUS has verified the motherboard for the best stability and compatibility when installed with the devices in CPU/Memory QVL list.
Regardless of whether the memory is listed on the QVL, you can follow the installation guidelines provided in the user manual.

The stability of memory overclocking or advanced settings is not only related to the memory specifications and motherboard but also depends on the CPU and PSU you have installed.
Therefore, kindly refer to the BIOS manual and further adjust the parameters to best suit your build if needed.

Thank you.
