Bios update

Hello ASUS, I am using the prime B550 plus motherboard and when I went on to the "My ASUS" its way different than yours, Do I need to put in the serial number. Also, when I try to download the latest driver which is "bios 3607" I press download and brings to the reference where it shows what it's going to look like and when you have to press confirm. After I press confirm, it brings me back and says downloaded but my PC didn't have to reboot, and it said in the download history it said I did. My app is different from your app is it because I need to register my serial number? I can't get my serial number because this pc is a custom.

Could you please share screenshots or a video of your operations to help us understand how "the My ASUS different than yours"?
May I ask if the BIOS version is currently updated to 3607? Please refer to the BIOS Manual if needed.

Based on your description, if you have a pre-built PC, we recommend contacting the retailer or supplier to verify the product serial number and any related BIOS updates.
