hi, When a dedicated graphics card is used in the Asus Prime Z390A motherboard, such as Rtx2060 or Rx 5700xt and the like, when loading Windows or when loading the system after booting, the system stops and freezes. In Nvidia graphics cards, it can only be done by using an HDMI cable. To keep the CPU graphics on, it solved the problem, but in amd, this is not the case, for the sake of simplicity, the prime z390a motherboard is not compatible with 9th generation CPUs without F, and when using separate/independent graphics cards, it becomes a problem and freezes Even with the update of the last version of the motherboard BIOS, which is now 2004, it has not been solved.

intel core i5 9600k
2x8 Gb ram geil evo forza
asus dual rtx2060 or XFX 5700xt or Powercoler Rx5700xt
Cooler master 850W Gold

Hi @smyasin ,
after backend verification, they did not encounter the issue you described.
Relevant department have used the same graphics card that you reported issues with, played Crysis 3, and restarted the system while enabling XMP and Turbo mode, but no freezing issue occurred.
We recommend that you try using a different set of memory to see if the problem persists.
You can try DDR4 XMP 3600 8G*2
Additionally, we recommend that you consider reinstalling the operating system to troubleshoot any system-related differences.
If the issue continues, we suggest sending the device to official repair center for further diagnostics.
Thank you.

Hello, thank you for the very powerful support; I have already tested and used with other RAMs and there was no difference, the RAM had the same performance in normal mode and in turbo mode and the problem was still there; There would be no problem if the Intel and Nvidia graphics cards are active at the same time (Onboard + Nvidia). Maybe it's my bad luck that I bought an incomplete and defective product, anyway thanks for the support.
