POST stops at DRAM test

Purchased a new PC build with a TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS D4 motherboard, i9 13900KF and 32GB of G-Skill DDR4 (8GB x 4).

The system will power on, CPU test passes, DRAM test freezes and will not complete.

There are no BEEPS from BIOS to indicate an error, it just stops and sits there doing nothing.

I have tried 3 different sets of DDR4 modules and all have the same freezing result. (All work in a different PC)

Also tried booting with no ram modules, which results in 1 Long / 2(3?) Short beeps indicating no ram detected.

Have tried the following: Reset BIOS, Removed Battery, Different Ram Modules in 1-2-4 socket combos, Different PSU, Removed everything from MB except PSU-CPU-RAM, Removed from Case.

All components aparts from CPU-MB work just fine in a different system. Unfortunately I do not have another Skt1200 CPU or MB to test with.

Thinking a BIOS update may fix the problem, but since the system will not POST, I am unable to flash the BIOS.

Any suggestions before I return it faulty would be appreciated.

Thank you, I have made a post on the ROG forum as well.

How does the "CrashFree BIOS 3" recovery work ?

The place I bought the MB said I don't need RAM in the MB to get it working, is this correct ?

I cant get it to pass the DRAM test and without RAM in the socket, it just sits there beeping at me and wont progress.
