My Motherboard is prime b350m-a and i got the Bios Version 6232.
I have Tried a lot to get it to work but nothing helped so far.
In device Manager i found AMD PSP 11.0 Device with no error, I unsinstalled it and then reinstalled. w
I also got AMDCleanUpUtility and ran that once.
I updated every driver i could find.
And in BIOS itself, I enabled Firmware TPM switch but the only thing i got to work is secure Boot (yay)
I even reFlashed the Bios Version but nothing helps, and i am at a point where i got no more ideas.
So i am happy for anything 😄

Hello @razel0 ,
On ASUS PRIME B350M-A, TPM 2.0 is provided only via AMD fTPM, not a physical TPM chip (unless you add one, which usually isn’t needed).
Here are the things that actually matter and what to check/fix:
Make sure the CPU supports fTPM
TPM 2.0 on B350 depends entirely on the CPU, not just the BIOS.
Works with: Ryzen 2000 / 3000 / some 5000 (with BIOS support)
Often problematic or unsupported with: Ryzen 1000 (Zen 1)
If you’re on a Ryzen 1000 CPU, TPM 2.0 may never fully activate, even if the option exists in BIOS.
This is the #1 reason people get stuck on B350.
Correct BIOS path (important) [Go to BIOS and check exactly this]:
Advanced
>> AMD fTPM configuration
>> Firmware TPM >>Enabled
Then also verify:
Boot
>> CSM >> Disabled
>>Secure Boot >> Windows UEFI Mode
You already got Secure Boot working, which is good — that means UEFI is correct.
-Windows-side check (don’t rely on Device Manager)
Device Manager does NOT confirm TPM is usable.
Use Win + R >> tpm.msc
If it says:
“TPM is ready for use” >> you’re done
“Compatible TPM cannot be found” >> firmware TPM is not actually active
Also check:
Settings >> Windows Security >> Device Security
Look for Security processor.
Clear fTPM (this fixes stuck states)
In BIOS:
Advanced
>> AMD fTPM configuration
>> Clear fTPM
Save >> reboot >> go back >> enable Firmware TPM again >> save >> reboot
This step matters more than reflashing BIOS.
If you updated BIOS recently
Some older Windows installs don’t pick up fTPM correctly.
If tpm.msc still shows nothing, do this:
Boot once with fTPM disabled
Boot again with fTPM enabled
Sounds dumb, but it forces Windows to re-enumerate PSP.
Reality check (important)
If after all this:
Secure Boot works
AMD PSP shows up
tpm.msc still shows nothing
Then the honest answer is:
> Your CPU does not fully support TPM 2.0 on B350
This is very common on early Ryzen.
What actually works if you’re stuck
Stay on Windows 10
Or upgrade CPU to Ryzen 3000+
Or upgrade platform (B450/B550+)
There is no software fix if the CPU/PSP combo can’t expose TPM 2.0.
If you want, tell me exact CPU model, and I’ll tell you immediately whether it’s worth fighting this anymore or not.
