EX-H310M-V3 R2.0 Motherboard Can't Enable TPM

I have this motherboard and bios in my pc and every time I try to enable TPM in my bios and save the settings and restart my pc, TPM is back to disabled. I want to enable it to upgrade to windows 11 but cant get it to stay enabled in bios after reboot. What can I do?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
May I know which BIOS version you’re currently using? Has it been updated to version 2208?
Please refer to the information in ASUS MOTHERBOARDS Ready for Windows 11 to make sure your BIOS is up to date and that PTT is enabled before checking again. Kindly also refer to How to enable TPM in UEFI BIOS if needed.
If you notice anything unusual in the settings or operation, kindly share some screenshots.
