May I ask if refreshing the Device Manager page using the "Scan for hardware changes" option or right-clicking on the "Unknown device" and selecting "Update Driver," then choosing the "Search automatically for updated driver software" option, can help you reinstall the driver?
If the unknown device still persists, could you please provide a screenshot of the Unknown device > Properties > Details?

I have tried refreshing, scan and update numerous times.
