Device Manager Unknown Device

I installed an Asus Prime Z790M-Plus in my new computer. I have installed all the drivers that are listed on the Driver & Tools page. I still have an unknown device showing in the Device Manager. How to fix it??

May I ask if refreshing the Device Manager page using the "Scan for hardware changes" option or right-clicking on the "Unknown device" and selecting "Update Driver," then choosing the "Search automatically for updated driver software" option, can help you reinstall the driver?
If the unknown device still persists, could you please provide a screenshot of the Unknown device > Properties > Details?

If possible, could you please record a video demonstrating these steps to help us better understand your process?
Additionally, please provide the information from Unknown Device > Properties > "Details."
