Compatibility check for streaming PC build

Dear ASUS Support Team,

I'm planning to set up a streaming PC with the following configuration:

1. AMD Ryzen 7 7700 CPU
2. Asus ProArt B650-CREATOR Motherboard
3. Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti 8GB
4. Blackmagic DeckLink Quad HDMI Recorder (PCIe capture card)

The capture card operates using PCIe 3.0 x8, while the RTX 4060 Ti also utilizes 8 PCIe lanes when in use.

According to the specifications of the Asus ProArt B650-CREATOR, the motherboard provides two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots that can run in x8/x8 mode when both are occupied.

Could you please confirm if this configuration is fully compatible and will function as expected?
