cant put my ram speed at normal speed

i have this motherboard but i have upgrade the rams from 2x8 3200mhz to 4x8 3200mhrz with same model but i cant put the rams at their full speed and the pc didnt work and i should reset the bois to make it work again

cpu ryzen 7 5800x3d

gpu 4070 super

ram 8x4 3200mhz

Based on the specifications and screenshots you provided, we have not yet confirmed the part number of your installed memory, but the PRIME B550-PLUS RAM QVL does not list any "Kingston, 4*8GB, 2400MHz, or 3200MHz" memory modules.

We recommend clearing CMOS and then installing a single RAM module in the DIMM_B2 slot as advised in the manual to check its operation.

If it still does not operate at the correct speed, please test with the RAM listed in the QVL and refer to the "purchasing and installation guide" on the same page to ensure proper installation.
