2400 MHz memory modules will work on these NUCs, but because the processor only supports speeds up to 2133 MHz, higher-speed SO-DIMMs operate only at the 2133 MHz memory timing.
DDR3/DDR3L memory modules aren't supported.
If you plan to install just one SO-DIMM, install it in the lower memory socket.
