cant put my ram speed at normal speed

i have this motherboard but i have upgrade the rams from 2x8 3200mhz to 4x8 3200mhrz with same model but i cant put the rams at their full speed and the pc didnt work and i should reset the bois to make it work again

cpu ryzen 7 5800x3d

gpu 4070 super

ram 8x4 3200mhz

Regarding the RAM speed issue, do you mean it cannot run at 3200 MHz, and is the system unable to boot?
Could you please confirm your current BIOS version, the installed RAM part number, and how you are checking the memory clock speed?
If you haven't updated to the latest BIOS 3607 released on April 30, 2024, kindly consider updating and clearing CMOS before checking again.

2)i have check it from 3 app   task manger, nvidia app , nzxt app

3)  I already updated to the lates update and it is 3607 and i have trying to  clearing CMOS
