Could you please let us know what software or hardware changes occurred before this issue appeared?
Have you considered updating the BIOS to the latest version 1661 and clearing CMOS to see if that resolves the issue?
Kindly refer to the steps in "How to configure Wake on LAN in Configuration Manager" to ensure your settings are correct.
And if the above steps do not resolve the issue, please assist us by providing the following information for further verification:
- the images of BIOS mainpage and BIOS\Advanced\APM Configuration
- the brand and model name of the CPU, GPU, RAM (part number and installed slots as well), SSD/HDD, and PSU currently installed
- the OS version and OS build
- the circumstances and frequency of the problem
- a comprehensive video recording of the settings in Device Manager, Power Options, and Configuration Manager, and the random powering on after shutdown without a magic packet
