asus proart z790-creator wifi RAM

What is the recommended RAM to install on the asus proart z790 creator wifi?  I need 64 Gb of RAM but don't know the best speed and latency to use.

ASUS has verified the motherboard for the best stability and compatibility when installed with the devices in Memory QVL list.
Therefore, we recommend referring to the Memory QVL for the ProArt Z790-CREATOR WIFI when selecting compatible memory modules.
