ASUS PRIME Z790-P D5 dont have a CREATE RAID button

I cann't make a RAID Volume with my NVME.2 Samsung 990 PRO and WD SATA 500 GB. I have enabled VMD controller, aswell installed Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management, nothing helps, I just dont have button to make a RAID Volume.
I have latest BIOS version ATM (1663), aswell tried with 1661 BIOS version, didn't work out.

Aswell I have enabled MAP PCIE Storage under VMD and MAP SATA CONTROLLER under VMD.

Both disks in storage infromation shows as RAID.

CSM is turned OFF.

I read a lot of guides, but unfortunately none of them helped.

According to the user manual specifications, the PRIME Z790-P supports both PCIe RAID and SATA RAID.

However, the RAID setup for these two types is different in the INTEL RAID Configuration Guide.


Given your situation, where anomalies occur when using both PCIe SSDs and SATA SSDs simultaneously, kindly consider using two or more identical specs of the SATA or PCIe SSDs to re-check the RAID setup steps.
