ASUS PRIME B550M-A WIFI II. Drivers not installed

This is very very frustrating. This motherboard is advertised as windows 11 ready, yet I boot up windows and I have no wifi connection and I am not able to connect to the wifi. I go to my am motherboard’s driver lists and when I try to run the wifi driver file the setup wizard does not even open. The wifi does not even show up in device managers. Has anyone had this problem and can anyone help. I have tried selecting the file path the driver is in but no luck.

May I ask if the Wi-Fi Antenna is currently correctly connected?
If needed, please refer to the installation instructions in PRIME B550M-A WIFI II User’s Manual ( English Edition ), as well as [Motherboard] Troubleshooting - How to fix Motherboard Wi-Fi connection problems.
Additionally, if you haven't updated to the latest version 3405 released on January 8, 2024, please consider updating and clearing CMOS before rechecking.
