Android pie
After updating to pie this problem started.
I have tried troubleshooting techniques. But it keeps coming back.
After restart it will work sometime. Then problem comes again.
Did you factory reset the device. If not do the same it will mostly solve this issue.

1. Pull down from the top of your screen two times and you will find more of your quick launch icons and hopefully the FM radio icon. If you mean that it disappeared from here, then you need to click the small pen icon to add the FM radio icon to your view.
2. Why would you want to change the resolution. Some phones with very high resolution lets you do that to save power but you can't do this in Zenfone 6.
3. 1080P 60fps is the highest setting in youtube. There's no point going higher with a smartphone display
