Battery not getting charged port & cable are in good condition. I opened the back panel and applied iso profile liquid on the battery socket attached to mother board with soft hands still it's unable to get charged. Even tried different dock and gold plated cables still no change. Due to (COVID -19) lock down can't visit service centre or they are open. Hope to receive some positive feed back from experts over here. My mobile is Asus Max pro M2 ZB631KL.
