My asus rog laptop turns on, but the screen stays black. The issue sort of started happening several months where the laptop would sleep if I went to do something for too long and then wouldn't turn back on, but I could always get it to work by manually powering the laptop off and then waiting a few minutes. Whenever the laptop turns on and I see the asus logo on startup then the screen boots up, but if not then nothing, I don't even hear the asus logo startup noise. An external monitor does work fwiw. I've tried taking the battery out and hard resetting it I've tried updating the graphics driver but nothing really works. There have been 2 instances where the laptop boots up normally and shows the asus logo and then the display works but I have no idea why. Any help is greatly appreciated
