Sorry about the late reply. Something must have gone wrong in a FOTA or maybe some app you installed recently is causing this.
The boring answer is that a factory reset is probably the easiest/fastest way to solve your issue. If you don't want to reset your device, then maybe you can see something that stands out with an app called 3C All-in-One Toolbox
