Asus 5Z Android 10 Update

Asus confirmed that Android 10 update for 5Z started rolling out, I haven't received the update so far.
Do I need to factory reset the device before I go for Android 10 update, recommended ?

For those who haven't received the update, you can always update via manual ota rather than ranting here meaninglessly.
